Frequently asked questions about the Loïs
Can I configure the Loïs entirely myself?
Yes. The Loïs is a modular sofa: you build your own arrangement from separate elements such as seat elements with or without an arm, a corner seat, an ottoman and a loose footstool. Every element is upholstered all round, so you can move them freely and change the arrangement later without any trouble.
What about the seat depth of the Loïs?
The seat elements have an adjustable backrest with two seat depths, from a more upright position for visitors to a deep lounging position. You adjust the backrest in one easy movement.
Which fabrics is the Loïs available in?
The Loïs is available in the complete Sevn fabric and leather collection, spread across fabric groups B, C, D, E and I. The fabric group you choose determines the price. In the configurator you pick a fabric that is applied to the 3D model and to the price straight away.
What is the delivery time and can I return the sofa?
Every Loïs is made to order by hand in your fabric and your arrangement, expected arrival in Enschede: 10 to 12 weeks. As soon as it reaches us we contact you for a delivery slot that suits you. Not sure about the fabric? Request a free fabric sample first via info@mokana.nl.

Made to measure and the cooling off period
This piece is only made once you have made your choices, in the exact configuration you put together. That is why no statutory cooling off period applies to this made to measure version.
Is the piece damaged, delivered incorrectly or not made as agreed? Then your statutory rights of course remain fully in place.
