The Urbino is a pendant you notice right away: a clean, open frame of 155 cm wide holding six light spheres. The light points shine both upwards and downwards, so you get light on the table and a soft glow along the ceiling. Handmade by ZTAHL in Uden, the Netherlands.

Why the horizontal version

At 155 x 40 x 56 cm this model is built for a long dining table or a kitchen island. The six light points spread the light across the full length, so nobody at the far end sits in the dark. The frame is 40 cm deep, which fills the space above the table without looking heavy. At 19 kg it is a solid fixture, have the ceiling mount checked by a professional.

Adjusting and dimming

The lamp is adjustable after installation, so you can hang it at the height that suits your table. Length to the bottom of the lamp is 120 cm. Dimming works through an external dimmer that you add to the installation. The six GU10 sockets take reflector lamps, and ZTAHL recommends Calex Reflector LED.
