What is the Tenna living collection?

Tenna is built from solid mango wood combined with ash. Mango wood brings warmth and a lively grain, ash adds a light, fine figure. The collection comes in two finishes: a natural tone that feels airy and Scandinavian, and a black version for anyone after a crisper, more grounded effect. Within the collection you will find bookcases, storage cabinets and TV units in various widths.

Choosing the right size

Tenna offers a choice of several sizes, so you can match the storage piece to your space and your belongings. For a bookcase it is wise to work out in advance how much shelf space you need and how tall the piece can be relative to your ceiling and windows. For a TV unit, choose the width slightly more generously than your screen so it looks calm; Tenna has TV units in several lengths. Also measure the wall space for a storage cabinet or sideboard, and allow room for doors and drawers to open freely.

The choice between natural and black determines the mood of your interior. The natural version lets the grain of mango wood and ash come into its own and suits a light, natural interior. Solid mango wood and ash need little care. Wipe away dust with a slightly damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth, so no moisture is left standing on the surface. Avoid aggressive cleaning products and do not place the piece in full sun or right next to a heat source, to prevent drying out and discolouration. That way the natural look of the wood stays beautiful for years.
