The Martani at Ø 85 cm is the more compact version of this series, meant for spots where you want the recognisable look without the bulk of a large fixture. Four downlights are built into the round shade, with three more in the Ø 35 cm ceiling plate. That gives you focused light on the table and light directly under the ceiling at the same time.

Metal slats set the tone

The round shape is built up from metal slats. Walk around it and the view keeps shifting, from dense structure to open gaps. That makes a fixture of 85 centimetres across feel lighter than it is, and it never blocks your view of the rest of the room. The lamp hangs to 150 cm below the ceiling and weighs 15 kg, so a solid mounting point is essential.

Light you can control

The four downlights in the shade each deliver 550 lumens at 2000 to 2700 kelvin. That is warm light which shifts deeper towards amber as you dim it. Dimming runs through an external dimmer, which is not supplied. The light sources themselves are included, so nothing needs to be ordered separately. You choose between the Quartz 2 and Platinum finishes.
