What is included with the Comfort Compleet?
The Comfort Compleet from our Key Collection is delivered complete: your chosen headboard (Model 401 to 408), the sprung bases (Box 6000 or high Box 1000), a 7-zone pocket sprung mattress (Bronze, Silver or Gold in Medium or Firm), a luxury topper and your chosen leg set. You configure every part in the 3D configurator and the price updates straight away, always including VAT.
Can I have the box spring bed with electric adjustment?
Yes. In the configurator you choose between a flat version and an electrically adjustable one. The electric version adjusts the head and foot end smoothly using a wireless remote and comes with a split topper.
How does the fabric choice work and can I try the bed in the showroom?
You choose from over 100 upholstery fabrics across six fabric families (Mito, Sneak, Adore, Break, Cherokee and Chrono), divided into three fabric categories (A, B and C). In the configurator you see the fabric right away in the 3D view. You are also welcome to try the beds and view all fabric samples without an appointment at our showroom at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede, or request free fabric samples at info@mokana.nl.
What is the delivery time, how is it delivered and how can I pay?
Because the Comfort Compleet is made to measure in Europe in your own configuration, the delivery time is around 8 weeks. Our own delivery team brings the box spring bed right into your bedroom. You can pay online via iDEAL, in 3 interest-free installments with iDEAL in3 (0% interest), or upon delivery.

You choose the headboard, the size, the fabric, the leg, the mattress and the topper. Everything is matched to work together and is delivered complete, made to measure, with a delivery time of around 8 weeks. Not sure about the fabric or the size? This piece is only made once you have made your choices, in the exact configuration you put together. That is why no statutory cooling off period applies to this made to measure version.
Is the piece damaged, delivered incorrectly or not made as agreed? Then your statutory rights of course remain fully in place.
