Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Sorrobon trendy cream straight dining bench?
This straight module measures 120 cm wide, 83 cm deep and 92 cm high, with a seat width of 120 cm, a seat depth of 62 cm and a seat height of 46 cm. It weighs 38.8 kg and has a load capacity of 120 kg, suitable for everyday dining table seating.
What material is the Sorrobon bench made of and how do I maintain the upholstery?
The bench is fully upholstered in 100% polyester in the colour trendy cream, filled with foam HR 3020/T3542 and built on a frame of plywood, pine and spruce wood. Wipe off light dirt with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning agents.
Can I combine this module with other Sorrobon elements?
Yes, thanks to its straight shape, this module connects seamlessly with other Sorrobon modules, letting you build a seating arrangement that fits the shape and size of your own dining table. This way you create a fully custom dining bench step by step.
What is the delivery time and can I view the bench at Mokana in Enschede?
The expected delivery time is week 1 after ordering. You can view the Sorrobon dining bench in trendy cream at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede, where you will also receive personal advice on composing your seating arrangement.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
