Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Savoy counter stool?
The Savoy counter stool is 50 cm wide, 57 cm deep and 100 cm high. The seat height is 65 cm, the seat depth is 47 cm and the armrest sits at 87 cm, making it suitable for a tall kitchen island or bar.
What material is the Savoy counter stool made of?
This counter stool combines fabric, foam, plywood and metal. The metal frame provides stability, while foam on a plywood base ensures comfortable seating. Maintenance depends on the fabric you choose.
Can I have the Savoy counter stool made in my own fabric?
Yes, this is an SP item by Richmond Interiors that you fully configure yourself from the complete fabric collection. You pick your favorite fabric sample so the stool matches your interior in color and style.
What is the delivery time and can I see the fabrics at Mokana in Enschede?
The expected delivery time is week 1 after ordering, since the stool is custom made. At the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede you can see and feel the fabric samples before making your choice.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
