Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Savoy counter stool?
The Savoy counter stool is 50 cm wide, 57 cm deep and 100 cm high, with a seat height of 65 cm and a seat depth of 47 cm. The armrest is positioned at 87 cm height, offering extra comfort while seated.
What material is the Savoy counter stool made of and how do I maintain it?
The stool is made of fabric, foam, plywood and metal, with fire retardant upholstery. The fabric is best brushed regularly or lightly wiped with a damp cloth depending on the chosen fabric type.
Can I customize the Savoy counter stool in my own fabric and color?
Yes, this model is customized and can be fully composed from all fabrics and colors in the Richmond Interiors collection. The counter stool is also available in bar height for more flexibility in your interior.
What is the delivery time of the Savoy counter stool and can I view it in the showroom?
The expected delivery time is week 1 after ordering. You can view the fabrics and finishes of the Savoy counter stool in person at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
