Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Sorrobon open end left straight?
This element measures 118 cm wide, 83 cm deep and 92 cm high, with a seat depth of 53 cm and a seat height of 53 cm. It is designed to connect seamlessly with other modules in the Sorrobon series.
What material is the Sorrobon dining bench made of?
The bench has a plywood frame filled with TDI POP foam for lasting comfort, upholstered in 100% polyester. This upholstery feels soft and is easy to maintain.
Can I combine the Sorrobon open end with other elements?
Yes, this open end left straight element is part of the modular Sorrobon series by Richmond Interiors and can be custom made in any fabric from the Richmond fabric collection. This lets you build a complete seating arrangement that matches your interior style.
What is the delivery time and can I view the bench at Mokana in Enschede?
The expected delivery time is week 1 after ordering, since this is a custom made piece of furniture. You are welcome to visit the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede to see the fabrics and finishing in person.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
