Description
The Apollo Bookcase by DTP Home is made from recycled teak and combines four closed doors with eight open compartments for generous, well organised storage space in the living room.
The cabinet offers room for both books and decoration as well as items you would rather keep out of sight. The open compartments are ideal for displaying favourite books or decorative pieces, while the closed doors bring calm to the space by concealing less desirable storage. The wide format makes the Apollo suitable as a central storage piece in a spacious living room or study.
The frame is crafted from recycled teak, which gives the cabinet a robust, crafted look. Because the wood is given a second life, each piece shows its own markings and natural colour variation in brown and natural tones. No two cabinets are therefore exactly alike, which gives the Apollo an authentic character.
With its sturdy, natural appearance, the bookcase sits well with a rural, industrial or organic living style, and blends effortlessly into an interior where genuine materials and natural variation are appreciated.

Frequently asked questions
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
