The TV sideboard Nyawa by World of Brosi is a piece you do not simply walk past: the four front panels feature a deeply layered, hand-carved relief of flowing waves and organic folds, each with a coarse-grained texture that catches the light beautifully. The result recalls a topographic map or a landscape from above, captured in warm teak.
With dimensions of 240×40×60 cm, this is the ideal low cabinet as a TV unit in a spacious living room. The modest depth of 40 cm keeps the layout sleek, while the width of 240 cm offers plenty of room behind the four doors. No visible handles, no distracting details: only the wood and the carving.
Solid teak, hand-carved in Indonesia
The TV sideboard Nyawa is built entirely from solid teak, inside and out. No veneer, no chipboard. Teak is naturally rich in oils that protect it against moisture and daily wear. The warm golden-brown colour deepens over the years, so this piece only becomes more beautiful with time.
The carving on the front panels is executed by hand by experienced craftsmen on Java, Indonesia, commissioned by World of Brosi. Every wave, every relief and every textured valley is unique to each example. You are therefore not only buying a TV sideboard, but a handcrafted object with its own signature.

Frequently asked questions
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
