Corner sofas
The corner sofa is the piece most people get wrong, usually by buying one that is slightly too large for the room. It is worth measuring properly and thinking about which way the long side should run.
Choosing the orientation
Almost every corner sofa we sell can be ordered left-facing or right-facing, and the choice is not reversible afterwards. Stand in the doorway of your room and look at where the light comes from and where the television is. The long side, the chaise, usually works best where it does not block the route through the room.
If you are unsure, our advisers do this daily. Send a photograph and the dimensions and you will get a straight answer.
Modular and made to measure
A number of our ranges are modular: you build the sofa from separate elements, so it fits the room rather than the room accommodating the sofa. That also means you can extend it later or rearrange it if you move.
Sizes go from compact two-seat corner sofas for a city apartment up to U-shaped arrangements of four metres and more.
Frequently asked
- Can I change the side after ordering?
- Not once production has started, because the frame is built for it. Before that, of course. This is the single thing worth checking twice.
- Will it fit through my door?
- Ask us before you order. We know the dimensions of every model and our delivery team deals with narrow Dutch staircases every day. Modular sofas arrive as separate elements, which solves most access problems.
Our product pages are in Dutch. Photographs, dimensions and prices are straightforward to read, and we answer questions in English by WhatsApp or email.
