What is a column or pedestal and what do you use it for?

A column or pedestal is a free-standing home element on which you place decoration, so that it literally stands on a plinth and stands out more. Use a pedestal to present a vase of flowers, a lamp or a handsome house plant, for example. With pedestals and columns you easily create a welcoming corner in the house: put house plants or home accessories on them and set it up entirely to your own taste. That way you give an empty corner instant character and atmosphere.

If you have an industrial interior, an industrial concrete pedestal is a beautiful choice. If you love a rugged, natural look, a robust teak pedestal suits well. The delivery time varies per product. If we have the pedestal in question in stock, we deliver within 14 working days on average. Once you have found a pedestal that meets your wishes, you can simply place an order through our webshop. Caring for your pedestal

Care depends on the material. Wipe wooden pedestals with a slightly damp, soft cloth and keep them out of prolonged moisture. Metal versions such as stainless steel or powder-coated metal you simply dust with a soft cloth, so the coating stays beautiful. That way you keep your column or pedestal in good condition for years.
