Description
Narrow and tall: that is the strength of Arabian Style frontaal on the wall. With a width of 42.5 cm and a height of 122.5 cm, the painting fills an open wall without dominating it, and it also works above a sideboard or on a narrow stretch of wall beside a sofa. The portrait shows a woman with a turban, round sunglasses and necklaces, looking straight ahead, rendered in black with light gold tones and a graphic feel.
The giclée technique is hand finished, giving the image depth and letting the metal foil finish catch the light. The box frame has a black side and a gold coloured front, which rounds off the lines of the portrait. Because the finishing is done by hand, small differences in colour and shape can occur. That is part of the character of this piece from Hiskiart.
