Description
At 70 by 100 centimetres, this painting has enough presence above a sofa or sideboard without taking over the wall. The depth of 3.7 centimetres gives it a solid, almost sculptural edge, quite different from the flat look of a framed print. On an open wall in a hallway or dining room, it also works well as a piece on its own.
The image shows a woman's face partly hidden behind red and white flowers. The red lips form a clear accent among the pale blossoms, drawing the eye back to the centre of the canvas again and again. Thanks to the giclée technique, finished by hand with acrylic paint, every piece from Hiskiart carries small, individual differences in colour and texture.
