Description
At 102.5 by 102.5 centimetres, this painting fills a good square metre of wall. It works well above a low sideboard or centred on an open wall behind the sofa, with a bit of breathing room around it. The 5 centimetre depth also gives it enough presence standing freely on a shelf.
A chimpanzee wearing a black hat and smoking a pipe looks out from a background full of graffiti, lettering and blocks of yellow and red. Hiskiart brings together humour and street art here, executed in giclée and hand finished on canvas. Because of that hand finishing, each piece can vary slightly in colour or form.
