Description
Ninety centimetres wide and one hundred and twenty centimetres high: Deep Blue suits a free wall or the space above a sofa or sideboard where this scale can work properly. The 4.5 cm depth gives the painting a sense of relief on the wall even before you add a frame.
Dark blue bands alternate with lighter paint structures, creating a layered picture plane. That colour contrast gives the abstract work a quiet intensity without becoming busy. The craquelé finish adds a fine, aged texture that brings a handmade character to the piece.
