Description
Sixty centimetres wide and eighty centimetres high: this size suits Dreaming Beauty above a sofa or sideboard, but it also works as a quiet focal point on an open wall. The box frame gives the piece depth, so it appears to float slightly off the wall rather than lying flat against it.
The portrait shows a woman with closed eyes, an elegant headscarf and large earrings. Flowers and warm brown tones give the piece a calm, understated feel. The giclée technique is finished by hand and embellished with metallic foil, giving the image a soft sheen that shifts with the light in the room.
