Description
Three long-eared donkeys stand close together, captured in a wide portrait that fills the full width of the wall. The silver-coloured frame surrounds the scene calmly, without drawing attention away from the natural tones in which the animals are set. Thanks to the giclée technique, finished by hand, the canvas takes on a gentle texture that looks flat at first glance but reveals subtle relief and depth when daylight falls across it.
The painting is made of canvas on a wooden frame and finished with acrylic paint. Because each piece is finished by hand, small variations in colour and shape may occur, giving it a touch more character than an ordinary print. Hiskiart chose a wide composition on purpose: the three donkeys in a row fill the wall above a sofa or sideboard without overpowering it.
