Description
Golden leaves catch the light the moment the sun falls across them at an angle. The relief of the metal foil gives the bouquet a subtle sense of depth: viewed from one angle, the work glows softly, from another it appears almost matte. The pale flowers with their long stems build up the upright painting calmly, from bottom to top.
Golden Flowers is hand painted on canvas, stretched over a wooden frame. Because of that handmade finish, each piece is slightly different: small variations in colour and shape are part of its character. Hiskiart uses acrylic paint and metal foil to bring the interplay of lines in the stems and leaves to life.
