Description
Canvas on a wooden frame forms the base of Golf Boom, finished with hand applied acrylic paint over a giclée print. A golfer in light clothing takes a powerful swing amid graffiti, paint splashes and lettering, the dark background makes the colours and motion stand out clearly. The large portrait format brings sport and street art together in one image.
The box frame gives the piece depth: a black side with a silver coloured front that makes the canvas stand out further on the wall. Because each piece is finished by hand, small differences in colour and shape can occur, this is simply part of the craftsmanship.
