Description
A hundred and fifty centimetres wide and seventy centimetres high: this size gives Kleurrijke skyline real presence above a sofa or sideboard, without taking over the room. The wide format needs an open stretch of wall where the skyline in red, yellow, green and blue can unfold fully. The light background keeps the colourful skyline airy, even in a room that already has colour of its own.
The painting is made using giclée technique on canvas, stretched over a wooden frame, then finished by hand with acrylic paint. This gives every piece its own texture, and small variations in colour and shape can occur, typical of this finish. Hiskiart supplies the work complete with hanging hooks, so it can go straight up on the chosen wall.
