Description
A square format of 80 by 80 centimetres: a size that works above a sofa or sideboard, but equally as a quiet focal point on an otherwise bare wall. The depth of 3.7 centimetres gives the piece a tangible relief, making the canvas appear to stand away from the wall.
The portrait shows a cow wearing a striking feather headdress in warm reds and browns. Turquoise accents stand out against the white background and the soft pink snout, giving a familiar animal an imaginative twist. The giclée technique is finished by hand, so brushwork texture remains visible and each piece may show slight variations in colour or shape.
