Description
A square format of 82.5 by 82.5 centimetres works well above a sofa or sideboard, and equally as a single piece on an open wall. The square proportions fill a wall space without needing to search for a particularly wide or narrow piece. The 4.5 centimetre depth gives the painting a sense of body, so the box frame appears to float slightly away from the wall.
On the canvas, a cheerful cow stands out against a dark background full of graffiti, lettering and colour accents. The broad smile and quirky tuft of hair bring a playful tone to a living room or study straight away. Schilderij Koe vol streken is made from canvas on a wooden frame, finished with acrylic paint, using a giclée technique that is hand finished. Because of this hand finishing, small variations in colour and shape can occur, making each piece a little different.
