Description
At 140 cm wide and 70 cm high, Koeien kijken mee fills the wall above a sofa or sideboard generously, without taking over the room. On an open wall, the painting also works as a calm focal point, thanks to its wide proportions and 3.7 cm depth, which lifts it gently off the wall.
A group of black and white cows peers curiously over the edge of the canvas. Each cow has its own posture and pattern of markings, keeping the composition lively without becoming busy. The calm, rural background suits wood and earthy interior colours well.
