Description
Canvas, stretched over a wooden frame, forms the basis of this painting by Hiskiart. The image is created using giclée printing, after which the work is further finished by hand with acrylic paint. This gives the texture a touch more relief than an ordinary print, and small differences in colour and form may occur, making each piece slightly individual.
The canvas shows three young elephants standing side by side, each wearing colourful feathers on its head. The grey of the animals creates a calm contrast with the bright colours of the feathers, giving the painting a playful look without becoming busy. The canvas measures 100 cm wide and 70 cm high, with a depth of 3.7 cm, so it stands slightly proud of the wall.
