Description
A hundred by a hundred centimetres: a square format that sits well above a sofa or sideboard, and also holds its own on an open wall. The 4.8 cm depth gives the painting body, so it appears to stand slightly away from the wall.
White and black fields are broken up by small yellow accents. The raw transitions between the fields give the composition a strong, graphic character. Salt and Pepper is produced using giclée printing and finished by hand, so each piece carries its own finish: small variations in colour and form are part of that. Hiskiart works with canvas on a wooden frame, finished with acrylic paint.
