Description
The relief of the paint catches the light slightly differently with every angle of the sun. Street Café Green shows a café with a green awning and terrace, surrounded by flowers and a yellow bicycle, painted in soft colours that give the street scene a relaxed mood. The giclée technique is finished by hand, so the layers of paint stand out gently from the canvas and the scene gains depth as daylight sweeps across it.
The canvas is stretched over a wooden frame and finished without an additional border, so the sides form part of the overall piece. Because the finishing is done by hand, small differences in colour and shape can occur, making each piece its own.
