Description
A relief of paint is the first thing you notice on the canvas: the crown between flowers, graffiti lines and bold colour blocks gains more depth through the handmade finishing than a flat print ever could. The curved beak and striking feathers of the macaw remain the focal point, especially when daylight crosses the surface and reveals the texture.
Trendy Macaw is square in shape and set in a box frame, which makes the artwork appear to float off the wall. The giclée technique delivers sharp detail in the feathers and colour blocks, finished with acrylic paint on canvas over a wooden frame. Hiskiart combines natural forms with bold colours in this collage, a combination that works as a focal point in many interiors.
