Description
Canvas on a wooden frame, hand painted with acrylic paint and finished with textile elements. A woman in a striped turban holds a blue parrot among tropical leaves. Green, yellow and blue give the portrait a warm jungle feel. The finish shows the handwork clearly: small differences in colour and shape are part of it, making each copy of Vrouw met blauwe papegaai slightly its own.
With the included hanging hooks, the painting goes up without any fuss. At 150 cm wide and 100 cm high, it draws the eye without taking over the room.
