Description
A sturdy backing board forms the base of this small portrait, painted with acrylics in a giclée technique and finished by hand. This gives the white dog against the deep red background a touch more texture and depth than an ordinary print. The wine red photo frame has a relief finish that matches the colour of the background precisely, so the miniature portrait looks complete as one piece.
Schilderij Witte hond in wijnrood by Hiskiart is compact in size, making it suited to a narrow wall, a hallway or as part of a collection of small works. Because each piece is finished by hand, slight differences in colour and shape may occur, giving the work its own personal character.
