Mango wood and a black base: the material of the Jax range

The Jax range revolves around the combination of mango wood and a metal base. That is clearly visible on the Jax 160 dining table: a rectangular mango wood table top with a herringbone motif, on a sturdy metal base. This keeps the grain of the wood visible while the table looks robust at the same time. The other pieces in the collection carry the name Jax Black, which brings the black character of the range back into the display cabinet, the coffee table, the TV unit, the sideboard and the console table among others.

The Jax range has seven pieces, from dining table to occasional table:

The Jax 160 dining table: a focal point with a herringbone motif

The Jax 160 dining table is a Benoa dining table and the most outspoken piece in the range. The rectangular table top is made in mango wood with a herringbone motif and offers room for plates, bowls and jugs. That naturally makes this table the centrepiece of the dining room, suitable for eating together or working quietly. The metal base provides sturdiness, while the wood keeps the leading role.

Combining Jax at home

Because the pieces in the Jax range share the same name and character, they are easy to combine with one another. Put the Jax 160 or the Jax Black dining table in the dining room and add the Jax Black display cabinet as a home for crockery and glassware. In the living room, the Jax Black 120 coffee table and the Jax Black console table form a pair of tables beside the sofa, while the Jax Black sideboard and the Jax Black 150 TV unit together provide storage and a place for the television. Combining pieces from a single range creates a calm, coherent interior.
