Frequently asked questions about the Comfort Compleet
What is included with the Comfort Compleet?
The Comfort Compleet is delivered complete: the headboard you chose, the boxes, a pocket sprung mattress, a topper and the legs. You put every part together in the configurator and the price follows your choices straight away, always including VAT.
Can I have the box spring bed with electric adjustment?
Yes. In the configurator you choose between a flat version and an electrically adjustable one. The electric version adjusts the head and foot end using a wireless remote.
How does the fabric choice work?
You choose a fabric from our upholstery collection, spread across three fabric categories. The category you choose sets the price. In the configurator you see the fabric right away in the 3D view and in the price.
What is the delivery time and can I return it?
Because the Comfort Compleet is made to measure in your own configuration, the delivery time is around 8 weeks. Box spring beds are sold online only. Not sure about the fabric? Request a free fabric sample first at info@mokana.nl.

This piece is only made once you have made your choices, in the exact configuration you put together. That is why no statutory cooling off period applies to this made to measure version.
Is the piece damaged, delivered incorrectly or not made as agreed? Then your statutory rights of course remain fully in place.
