Each top of the Bakersfield is made from solid mango wood, then treated with several layers of wood oil and finished with a natural beeswax. This finish protects the wood against moisture, dirt and rings, and ensures the surface is easy to clean with a damp cloth. The warm colour and unique wood grain of mango wood create a rustic and natural appearance that suits any interior, whether modern, rural, Scandinavian or industrial. No two tops are identical thanks to the natural character of the wood.

Maintenance

The smooth wooden surface of mango wood is easy to clean and maintain, keeping the table looking as good as new for years. Dust with a soft dry cloth and treat stains immediately with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents and do not place hot pans or very wet glasses directly on the surface. The top can be refreshed once every six to twelve months with a neutral furniture oil or wood wax to maintain protection and shine. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent colour differences.
