Studio by By-Boo is the By-Boo label for soft home accessories in fabric: cushions, poufs, stools and a table lamp, all made in one family of fabrics such as Kalif, Kaliflane, Kalifpoint, Pluto, Siam, Ramone, Dana and Mossy. The colours stay within beige, brown, dark brown and natural, so everything in Studio combines with each other and with the rest of the By-Boo collection. What is Studio by By-Boo?

By-Boo, part of Dutch Interior in Barneveld, presents part of its collection under the Studio label. Where the main By-Boo collection is about statement furniture and lighting, Studio is about the layer on top: the textiles that finish a sofa, chair or bed. The pieces are recognisable by their fabric names, which return in several colours per model. So you can choose a Faye cushion in Pluto beige and an Aubrey stool in Kaliflane natural and know the tones will match.

The Studio collection at Mokana

• Faye, Joy and Ivy cushions: cushions with a down feather filling in the Pluto, Siam, Kalif, Kalifpoint and Ramone fabrics
• May and Harley cushions: 60 cm oblong cushions with texture, Harley in the Dana, Kaliflane and Mossy fabrics
• Pillowscape pouf: a compact 44.5 cm pouf in fabric and foam, as an extra seat or footrest
• Aubrey and Nyla stools: upholstered stools about 40 cm wide and 42 to 46 cm high
• Sky Kalif table lamp: a ceramic base with a fabric shade in the Kalif fabric

Fabrics and colours

The Studio fabrics are woven, with visible texture and a warm look. Kalif is the classic pattern of the label, Kalifpoint and Kaliflane are variants with a different structure, Pluto and Siam are calm plain fabrics in beige, brown and dark brown, and Ramone, Dana and Mossy bring a subtle pattern. Because the colours stay within one palette, you can put pieces from different seasons next to each other without worry.

How to use Studio at home

Put two or three cushions in different fabrics but the same colour family on a sofa, place a Pillowscape pouf or Aubrey stool next to it as an extra seat and finish the corner with the Sky table lamp. Studio suits a calm, natural interior with wood, wool and linen, but also the outspoken furniture of By-Boo itself and the tables and cabinets by Eleonora.
