Description
The curved shape of the Dora follows the line of your table, rather than the other way round. Where an ordinary dining bench sits flat against a wall, this bench curves around a round or oval table, so everyone sits closer together without feeling cramped. For a round table, you choose a half round section sized to the diameter, from 130 to 180 cm. With an oval table, you combine a centre section with two side sections, suited to tables of 160 to 220 by 100 cm. The open side can be filled with a separate chair, 48 cm wide.
All parts of the bench stand 88 cm high and are upholstered to order, in one of nine fabric groups and more than 300 colours. That way the upholstery matches the rest of your dining room, from soft and warm to plain and understated. Agpol supplies each section separately, so you can put together the combination that suits your table.

Frequently asked questions
What table shape is the Dora dining bench suitable for?
The Dora dining bench by Agpol is made for round and oval tables. For a round table, you choose a half round section sized to the diameter, from 130 to 180 cm. For an oval table, you combine a centre section with two side sections, suited to tables of 160 to 220 by 100 cm.
Can I complete the open side of the table with a chair for the Dora?
Yes, a separate chair measuring 48 cm wide is available for the Dora dining bench by Agpol, which can be used to fill the open side of the table alongside the half round bench.
What colours is the Dora dining bench available in?
The Dora dining bench by Agpol is upholstered to order in one of nine fabric groups, with more than 300 colours to choose from.
How tall is the Dora dining bench?
All sections of the Dora dining bench by Agpol, including the half round parts and the separate chair, stand 88 cm high.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
