Description
Above a long dining table or a generous kitchen island, the Palau really earns its place. With a length of 140 cm and a width of 52 cm, this pendant light by Ztahl is built for the wider table where a single round shade falls short. Hang it at the right height above the tabletop and the proportion between table and light falls into place.
From a central cylinder, five arms stretch outwards, together carrying eight light points. Three arms combine a spotlight with a Ghost Line donut, the other two each carry a single spotlight. This gives a fitting mix of four times E27 and four times GU10 50 mm: focused light on the tabletop and softer, atmospheric light around it. An external dimmer lets you adjust the accent to suit the moment.
The metal looks robust, yet the open structure of the arms keeps the whole fixture visually light above the table or sideboard.

Frequently asked questions
Which table size suits the Ztahl Palau pendant light best?
The Ztahl Palau pendant light, measuring 140 cm in length and 52 cm in width, is built for a long dining table or a generous kitchen island, where a single round shade would look too small.
How many light points does the Ztahl Palau pendant light have?
The Ztahl Palau has eight light points spread across five arms extending from a central cylinder: three arms combine a spotlight with a Ghost Line donut, while the other two arms each carry a single spotlight.
Is the Ztahl Palau pendant light dimmable?
Yes, the Ztahl Palau pendant light is dimmable via an external dimmer, allowing you to adjust the lighting accent to suit the moment.
What colours is the Ztahl Palau pendant light available in?
The Ztahl Palau pendant light is available in anthracite, sand and grey, made of metal and weighing 6 kg.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
