Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of the Outdoor daybed Solada?
The Solada daybed measures 90 cm wide, 180 cm deep and 65 cm high, with a seat width of 90 cm and a seat depth of 150 cm. This gives enough space to comfortably lie down or sit with two people.
Is the Solada daybed suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, Solada is specifically designed for outdoor use thanks to the combination of quick dry foam, PU foam and EPP filling. The ecru upholstery, made of 80% olefin and 20% polyester, withstands weather conditions such as rain.
What material is the Outdoor daybed Solada made of?
The daybed is fully upholstered in an ecru fabric made of 80% olefin and 20% polyester, filled with PU foam, quick dry foam and EPP filling. This combination of materials ensures comfort and quick drying after rain.
When will the Outdoor daybed Solada be delivered and can I view it in Enschede?
The expected delivery time for this daybed is week 44. You can view the daybed and inspect its materials and finish beforehand at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
Fam Aalders”
