Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Dakota dining chair?
The Dakota has a width of 51 cm, a depth of 62 cm and a height of 87 cm. The seat height is 48 cm, seat depth 45 cm and seat width 55.5 cm, offering plenty of comfort at the dining table.
What material is the Dakota chair made of and how do you maintain it?
The chair is upholstered in soft chenille fabric in the niagara beige finish, combined with a base in gold and white. Vacuum the upholstery regularly with a soft brush and treat stains immediately with a damp cloth to keep the fabric looking good.
Does the Dakota dining chair swivel and what is its load capacity?
Yes, the Dakota features a smooth swivel function, making it easy to sit down, get up and turn around at the table. The chair has a load capacity of 140 kg and weighs 10.2 kg itself.
Is the Dakota dining chair in stock and how fast is delivery?
The Dakota dining chair by Richmond Interiors is in stock and delivered within 10 working days. You can also view and try the chair at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
