Description
The Matrix base by LABEL51 is a metal spider base: four diagonally placed beams that cross each other in the centre. From the side it looks like a graphic line drawing beneath the top.
The legs stand inward, so the chairs can be drawn up freely all around. The open base keeps the dining area visually calm, even in a smaller space.
The base is made of powder coated metal in black, taupe, bronze, forest or coral, with sizes for tops from 87 x 87 cm to 180 x 78 cm at a table height of 72 cm.
Each piece is handmade, so small irregularities in shape and colour are part of it. They make your piece unique.
Combine it with a separate table top of your choice and decide for yourself the shape, the wood colour and the thickness of your table.
Would you like to see the base in person first? You are welcome in our home store in Enschede.

Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
“Vandaag eettafel ontvangen, prachtig. Goede bezorger, werkt netjes, neemt alle verpakkingen weer mee. Levertijd precies zoals gezegd. Koop zeker weer bij jullie!!!”
