Description
Tafelblad Enkel Live Edge Suar by Benoa is made from suar wood, with a straight line on one side and a natural live edge on the other. This gives you a table top with its own organic character.
Combined with a base of your choice, this top forms the basis for a dining table or side table that draws the eye in the living room or dining room. The straight side offers practical convenience against a wall or in a corner, while the live edge side provides a relaxed, natural appearance on the other side.
Suar wood is a natural material and reacts to changes in temperature and the drying process. This can lead to shrinkage cracks, small splits and irregularities. This is part of the nature of the wood and is precisely what makes no two table tops identical.
The live edge follows the original growth line of the tree, with all the curves and irregularities that come with it. This gives the top a handmade, artisanal appearance that suits a living space in which natural materials set the tone.
