Waterfall table suar wood 300cm: nature in its purest form
When a tree is so exceptional that it must be preserved in its entirety, something like this
waterfall table in suar wood comes into being. Cut from a single solid suar tree trunk, the tabletop
and the legs flow organically into one another: no weld, no join, no compromise.
Pure nature, captured in a piece of furniture 300 centimetres long.
What makes this table so unique?
The strength of this table lies in its origin. Suar wood (Albizia saman), also known as the rain tree,
grows on Java in spectacular forms. The broad, sturdy roots and trunk give this piece its
characteristic waterfall silhouette: the tabletop runs seamlessly into the feet,
like a frozen wave of wood. The swirling grain in the wood: gold, taupe, off white,
is the result of decades of growth and cannot be imitated.
Craftsmanship from Indonesia
Each table is hand selected and worked by artisans on Java.
After sawing, the wood is thoroughly dried, sanded and finished with a penetrating
natural oil that enhances the grain and protects the wood without masking it.
The result: a surface that feels warm, looks radiant and grows more beautiful over the years.

Frequently asked questions
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
