Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Darby counter stool?
The Darby counter stool measures 48 cm wide, 55 cm deep and 96 cm high, with a seat height of 68 cm and a seat depth of 40 cm. These dimensions suit standard kitchen islands and bars with a high worktop.
What material and colour is the Darby counter stool made of?
The stool is made of metal and foam and finished in the cognac fusion colour. This rich, warm tone works well with both industrial and country-style kitchens.
How much weight can the Darby counter stool hold?
The Darby has a weight capacity of 100 kg thanks to its sturdy metal frame. The stool itself weighs only 9.5 kg, making it easy to move around.
Is the Darby counter stool in stock and how fast is delivery?
This counter stool by Richmond Interiors is in stock and delivered within 10 working days. You can also view and try the stool at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
Fam Aalders”
