Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Belle dining chair?
The Belle dining chair is 64 cm wide, 64 cm deep and 79 cm high. The seat height is 49 cm, the seat depth 49 cm and the seat width 47 cm, with an armrest at 67 cm height.
What colors and fabrics is the Belle available in?
The Belle is a custom composed piece by Richmond Interiors that you assemble yourself from any fabric in the fabric collection. You choose the color and finish yourself through a fabric swatch, so the chair fits perfectly with your interior.
How much weight can the Belle dining chair carry?
The chair has a load capacity of 150 kg and weighs 15.3 kg itself. This makes it sturdy enough for daily use at the dining table while still being light enough to move easily.
Where can I view or order the Belle in Enschede?
You can view the fabric swatches and finishes of the Belle at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede. The expected delivery time is week 1, and in the showroom you will receive personal advice on composing your chair.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
“Zeer vriendelijk geholpen door grappige medewerker ( had goed gevoel voor humor). Snel geleverd.
