Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of the Indigo dining chair?
The Indigo dining chair measures 62 cm wide, 64 cm deep and 85 cm high, with a seat height of 51 cm and a seat surface of 45 x 44 cm. The armrest sits at 71 cm height, which is comfortable with most dining tables.
What material is the Indigo dining chair made of?
The chair is built from metal, plywood, foam and wood, finished with fire retardant upholstery. Since you choose the fabric and colour yourself from the Richmond Interiors collection, you determine the final look.
Can I combine the Indigo dining chair with a bar stool or counter stool?
Yes, besides the dining chair, this model is also available as a counter stool and bar stool. This way you can continue the same style and fabric choice from the dining table to a kitchen island or high table.
How fast is the Indigo dining chair delivered and can I view it at Mokana?
Because the chair is customized in your chosen fabric, the expected delivery time starts from week 1. You can view the fabric samples and finishes at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede for personal advice.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
Fam Aalders”
