Frequently asked questions
What are the exact dimensions of the Savoy dining chair?
The Savoy dining chair is 54 cm wide, 50 cm deep and 82 cm high. The seat height is 49 cm, the seat depth is 48 cm and the armrest sits at 66 cm, offering a comfortable position at the dining table.
What material is the Savoy dining chair made of and how do you maintain it?
The chair has a metal and plywood frame, a foam filled seat and fire retardant fabric upholstery. The fabric can be maintained with regular vacuuming and the metal base cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
Can I configure the Savoy dining chair in my own colour and fabric?
Yes, the Savoy is a custom configurable piece by Richmond Interiors and is available in all fabrics from the collection, so you choose the colour and finish that suits your interior. The model is also available as a counter stool and bar stool.
What is the delivery time for the Savoy dining chair and can I view it in the showroom?
The expected delivery time is around one week after ordering. You can view the fabrics and finish in advance and get personal advice at the Mokana Furniture showroom in Enschede.
Do you carry the furniture into the room?
Yes, where that is possible. With enough space, a wide enough passage and a lift if there is one, our own drivers put the piece down exactly where you want it. If that cannot be done, we deliver to the front door. Not sure it will fit through your hallway or stairwell? Tell us before the delivery date and we will look at it with you.
Is this piece assembled for me?
What you order in the webshop is delivered but not assembled. Buy the same piece in our store in Enschede and our drivers do place and assemble it on site, and take the packaging away with them.
What does delivery cost?
Within 35 kilometres of Enschede we deliver free of charge. Beyond that, anywhere in the Netherlands you pay 50 euro per order rather than per item, so a sofa and a dining table together cost the same as one of them. Belgium is 100 euro. From 1,000 euro we deliver free within the Netherlands; solid tree trunk tables are excluded from both arrangements because they are too heavy. For Starfurn, Livingfurn and Brix delivery is already free from 250 euro, and for Richmond Interiors from 150 euro.
When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time for this piece is shown with the product on this page. Once it is in, we get in touch to agree a delivery slot together, based on where you live and our delivery route. You are not simply assigned a day you had no say in.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes. You can collect your order at our store at Hogelandsingel 49 in Enschede. We contact you first, as soon as it is ready for you.
Fam Aalders”
